In these times of uncertainty, the pressure is weighing down on all of us worldwide. But there is no need to panic. You know the rules by now, wash your hands for twenty seconds, cover your cough, and most importantly, remain indoors.

It’s a stressful world that we’re living in. Here are a few tips on how to decompress:

Have a DIY spa day! Treat yourself to a relaxing facial in your own home! All you need are these 4 cupboard ingredients:

1/4 cup of oatmeal

1 teaspoon of honey

1 splash of lemon juice

3 cups of water.

First, boil the water on low heat.

Next, add the quarter cup of oatmeal. Stir and let sit until the water has cooled.

Add the honey and stir until the mixture has thickened into a paste.

Lastly, squeeze a splash of lemon juice into the pot.

Now your ready to apply! Avoid the eyes, and wash your hands first.

Leave on your face for 12 to 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water, followed by cold water to close your pores.

The oatmeal will have acted as an exfoliant, the honey as a moisturizer, and the lemon juice for an energizing feel.
