Alya: a small star in the sky. It’s a hidden gem, part of the Theta constellation
cluster that represents healing and restoration. It’s what inspired the name of our salon.
Our mission is to be true to our clients, and to the environment. We work with the best organic, vegan and eco-friendly products and we are a part of a clean and green salon, meaning we are waste-free recycle everything. All waste from our salon; dyes, tubs, etc. are recycled. From our LED eco-lighting, to our minimal-water pressurized shower-heads, we strive to be smart about how we run a business in the current climate. We take care of our clients just as well as we take care of the world around us. On the outside–waste management. On the inside, we’re all about trust.
Building trusting relationships with our clients is key. We want to have meaningful consultations. We want to hear about what you think makes you beautiful, and then we want to make it happen for you. We love to hear your feedback! Something as simple as mixing our dyes in front of the client, to ensure the color is correct– it’s the little things we do everyday that make the biggest difference in the customer experience. And it’s our employees that make it a reality.
Our team of stylists, estheticians, and make-up artists are here for YOU. Following all the latest trends, attending fashions shows, working with international magazines and fashion photographers as well are how we keep up to date with only the best of the best. We are a group of people that don’t want to be just the next salon to pop up on a map. We want to make sure that our guests enjoy themselves with us, and
leave us feeling just as satisfied as we are with our work, or your beautiful hair. All to be wrapped in a sense of security and accomplishment at the end of the day, hitting what we see as the holy trinity of our success; happy clients, happy artists, and a happy planet Earth.
