Great Idea how to Manage Your Stress

Dear reader, 
Hope you’re you hanging in there! I’ve come up with a great idea on how to manage your stress while out and about with your mask on. I was refilling my oil diffuser in my room when the thought came to me: 
Why not put a drop or two of essential oils in my mask? 
A drop of lavender oil later came a wave of sweet relief. The scent was so calming and light enough to breathe in without feeling smothered by the scent. 
I would recommend using 1-2 drops on the inside corners of the mask. 
If you’re feeling anxious, try a calming lavender oil. 
If you need a burst of energy, try a Lemon Verbena or Orange oil to wake you up! 
If you’re feeling down, I noticed that a drop of vanilla oil really made me feel nice and cozy. My mask smelled like fresh baked cookies and made me feel all nostalgic. 
Add whatever scent you like for a quick and easy mood booster!
